Rules of Evidence
Any investigation is only as good as the evidence that is gathered. The evidence is only as good as its admissibility.
This block will provide an understanding of the rules of evidence that are used to decide admissibility. The attendee will also gain an understanding of the Exclusionary Rule and the exceptions to it along with an understanding of the Hearsay Rule and the exceptions to that rule. There will also be an update of recent rulings effecting the Rules of Evidence
