With the intense focus on law enforcement, personnel recruiting efforts must be targeted and professionally managed. Many law enforcement agencies struggle with recruiting for sworn and non-sworn personnel alike. Budgetary allocations for recruitment efforts are often limited and many agencies have little or no recruiting plan.
Proper recruiting efforts will strengthen a law enforcement agency by providing quality applicants for an organization to choose from. Recruiting efforts will also enhance the ability for adverse work force by reaching all segments of the population.
