Seminars in Law Enforcement

Leadership Coaching with Attitude!

Coaching is an emerging trend in organizations to enhance productivity, learning and leadership.  Leadership Coaching is becoming an essential part of law enforcement organizations to handle the quickly changing times and personnel.  Coaching is a vital tool for both administrative/command staff and line officers.   Coaching, coaching vs. mentoring and different coaching theories will be discussed in this block of instruction.  This is an exciting, informative course that allows room for discussion among participants to ensure everyone walks away with a strong understanding of coaching.

Coaching is a model used mostly in business and executive organizations; however, the high call for law enforcement to adapt and overcome has moved agencies to this concept to handle the changing times and personnel.  This leadership coaching seminar will expose you to the qualities of good leadership coaching that are essential for career and organizational success.  Different leadership styles will be briefly discussed with a focus on adaptive leadership.  Improve you and your department’s performance by increasing your effective leadership and coaching skills.
